The practical rules that protect the riders, the equipment and the trail.
Prices and payment
Listed prices are before applicable taxes. The final total, cancellation terms and any required payment schedule are shown before payment. Discounts do not stack; the best eligible 20% offer is applied.
Eligibility
Participation depends on rider fit, ability, honest experience information and the requirements shown for the selected product. Valid identification is required for rentals. Final minimum-age rules are confirmed during booking and may depend on the motorcycle, route and insurer requirements.
Waivers and rental responsibility
Every participant must complete the required liability waiver before riding. A parent or legal guardian completes participant documents for minors. Rental customers must also accept the rental agreement, damage responsibility and authorization terms before payment or pickup.
Weather and route changes
Desert weather, land closures and trail conditions can require a route, time or date change. We will contact affected customers and apply the cancellation or rescheduling terms accepted during checkout.
Public land
Commercial rides operate only on routes authorized for the activity. A published route may be adjusted to remain within current permits, land rules and safe conditions.
